We have two convenient primary care locations in New York City:

Both locations offer comprehensive primary care services for adults and families.

You may choose the location that is most convenient for your home, work, or commute. Both offices provide access to experienced primary care clinicians and coordinated services. Our scheduling team can also help guide you based on appointment availability.

The Midtown location is easily accessible by public transportation and is within walking distance of the E, M, 4, 5, 6, N, R, and W subway lines. Several nearby parking garages and taxi services are also available. The building is fully wheelchair accessible.

The Lower East Side location is near Delancey Street and easily reached by subway and local bus routes. It serves patients from the Lower East Side, Downtown Manhattan, and nearby neighborhoods, including parts of Brooklyn.
