Dr. Tim Canty is an American board-certified anesthesiologist, specializing in treating pain disorders and resistant pain with novel therapies. He completed his Harvard Medical School training in Boston at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and his residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Canty has been awarded for his contributions as a leading instructor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School, New York University, and the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, four internationally recognized anesthesiology and pain medicine societies, and two elected New York Medical Society committees. He also serves as an expert consultant on emerging technologies in healthcare, has authored several journal articles and book chapters, and has performed life-altering surgeries in medical relief missions in Venezuela, El Salvador, and Mexico.
Chrystyna Stasyshyn, R.P.A.C.
CLINICAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Chrystyna Stasyshyn is a certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in orthopedics and pain management. She graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants. Chrystyna employs thoughtful listening and guidance as part of her total transformative care methodology.

Alexander Fontenot, M.D.
ANESTHESIOLOGY
Dr. Alexander Fontenot is a board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in advanced modalities in interventional pain management. He completed his studies cum laude at Louisiana State University, and his residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. Dr. Fontenot is a member of several internationally recognized medical societies and has contributed to impactful local and international medical support programs including medical relief missions in Haiti.
Michael Calabrese, D.C.
CHIROPRACTIC CARE
& PHYSIOTHERAPY
Dr. Michael Calabrese is a board-certified chiropractic physician and physiotherapist specializing in rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Electro-Diagnostics, and Chriopractic Bio-Physics. He completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College and has opened and operated several successful practices from Massachusetts to New York.
Ramsay Elhindi, M.D.
PHYSIATRY
Dr. Ramsay Elhindi is a graduate of the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at East Carolina University. During his residency training, Dr. Elhindi developed a passion for treating acute and chronic pain through the use of therapeutic modalities, pharmacotherapeutics, and interventional procedures.

Daniel O'Connell, M.D., M.P.H.
NEUROLOGY
Dr. Daniel O’Connell is a board-certified neurologist and pain management fellow. He studied medicine at Loyola University Chicago, and later earned a Master of Public Health at Brown University. He completed his internship in internal medicine at New York Medical College and his residency in neurology and fellowship in neuro-oncology at the University of California. Dr. O’Connell also serves as a medical officer of the United States Air Force Reserves.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Jeff leads the organization's financial division, with over 30 years experience as a business strategist in both financial and operations management. Jeff brings with him a dynamic and successful track record across Healthcare, Hospitality, Real Estate, Data Services, and more.
